2. Securely package your item(s) in the original packaging, if possible, along with any accessories and documentation that were included with the product.
3. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Ship your return to the address provided with your RA number.
5. Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase inside the package.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. The timing of the refund posting to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
